Massimiliano qualified as a surgeon, with honours, in 1995 and as a Plastic Surgeon in 2001. He obtained full registration with the General Medical Council in the Specialist Register as a plastic surgeon in Feb 2001. He is concurrently licensed to practise in Dubai.
He has authored and co-authored over 50 publications on plastic surgery of the face, breast, body and genital reshaping.
