An initial treatment outline and indicative pricing, based on the information you've shared.
Virtual or in-person consultation with your prospective surgeon - often within 7 days.
A precise, written plan: technique, anaesthesia, recovery, fixed cost.
You confirm acceptance; we agree dates that work around your life.
If you're travelling for treatment, we arrange dates and help coordinate flights and accommodation. For UK treatment we do not arrange hotels or local transport.
Your coordinator stays close through treatment day and recovery planning, advocating for you at every stage.
Discharge clearance, post-op follow-up, and a safe transition home - including return travel support when you have been treated abroad.
Whether at home or abroad, the ongoing follow-up is maintained by your surgical team - with your coordinator available throughout recovery.
